CITT Award of Excellence

The CITT Award of Excellence is presented to the member who best exemplifies involvement in the CITT, leadership, innovation and notable achievements in their community. 

Nominating someone for the Award of Excellence not only recognizes their contribution, but also helps to promote the entire industry.

Put the logistics and supply chain profession in the spotlight by nominating a worthy candidate.

Recipients 

Eligibility

All CITT-certified professionals in good standing are eligible for this award. Current members of the CITT National Board of Directors are not eligible for nomination.


Selection Criteria

The following criteria are considered in determining a recipient:

INVOLVEMENT:
The individual has been actively involved in the CITT through activities, committees and/or events.

LEADERSHIP:
The individual shows qualities that exemplify leadership, motivation and inspiration related to participation in the CITT.

INNOVATION:
The individual exemplifies innovation in the logistics and supply chain field.

ACHIEVEMENTS:
The individual has notable achievements in their Association, community, province or country.

The CITT National Board of Directors will review all nominations and will make their final recommendations. In the unlikely event that no nominees meet the criteria, no award will be presented.


Presentation

The CITT Award of Excellence is presented during the Gala Dinner held during Reposition.

In 2012, this will be held on Tuesday, November 6 in Halifax.

All nominations for 2012 must be received no later than July 31.

Taking the time to nominate a deserving member for the CITT Award of Excellence truly exemplifies the spirit upon which the award was founded.  It only takes a few minutes and yields a substantial return.
