Transfer Deadlines

Early Course Transfers – Conditions

1. Course transfers to the following semester are permitted, provided we receive a written request before the noted transfer deadline and are subject for approval under certain conditions i.e., medical conditions. It can be submitted by email to Anthony Melchionna at info@citt.ca.  Note that different courses have different deadlines.
    
2. Request for Transfers are not accepted by telephone.

Late Course Transfer - Conditions

1. Students may request to transfer a course to the following semester AFTER the early course transfer deadline under a pre-approved and very special condition i.e., medical, death in the family. Students need to submit a written request to Anthony Melchionna at info@citt.ca and is again subject to approval. This will be handled on a case-to-case basis and will include a late transfer fee of $200 ($250 for LDM) plus applicable tax.
    
2. Transfer is only allowed within the academic calendar year.  Academic year is from Aug 1 to July 31^st the following year. Transfer outside this academic year is not permitted.
    
3. No transfer will be granted after the late transfer deadline.
