Canada Logistics Conference 2017  -  Learning Sessions  -  Legal Update: Canada-US Trade

Legal Update: Canada-US Trade

Thursday, October 26 • 1:30 pm -  2:30 pm

Nearly every Canadian business is impacted by cross-border US trade. With current geopolitics so unpredictable – and many uncertainties surrounding trade - supply chain logistics professionals need to be able to quickly react to new realities. What might upcoming legal shifts look like? How will they impact your business? And what are the opportunities your business can take advantage of?

Francois Rouette, a transportation lawyer with over 40 years’ experience working with carriers and shippers, will give you an update on current US-Canada trade law, and well-informed predictions of how anticipated changes will impact supply chain logistics professionals.

Session content will be revised as close to the presentation date as possible, to ensure delegates are receiving the most-up-to-date analysis of hot-button trade issues.
