On Wednesday evening, delegates will be shuttled to Jackson-Triggs Niagara Estate Winery, one of Niagara-on-the-Lake’s many world-class wineries. Guided tours will be offered during the event that will provide a rare glimpse at the true intricacies of winemaking.

Throughout the course of the evening, delegates will have the opportunity to sample some of Canada’s most revered wines and varietals complimented by appropriately paired hors d’oeuvres and artisan cheeses in a variety of beautiful and architecturally distinctive settings.

Food and Wine Itinerary:

The Great Hall will act as the gathering area with a selection of antipasto and Canadian artisan cheeses and wine

pairings.

The Tasting Gallery will provide seating and two wine and canapé pairing stations.

The Underground Cellar will offer additional seating and two wine and canapé stations.

The Estate Lounge will provide a casual environment to sit back and sip on an equally laid back wine.

The Retail Boutique will offer Ice-wine samples and non-alcoholic beverages
