Jim Kilpatrick is a principal with Deloitte, based in Toronto.  He is a member of Deloitte’s Canadian Strategy & Operations Consulting executive team with responsibility for Deloitte’s Supply Chain Management Consulting practice in Canada.   He also leads Deloitte’s Consumer Business Industry Consulting practice in Canada.

In his almost 20 years consulting with Deloitte, Mr. Kilpatrick has focused on helping companies to improve the performance the performance of this business, primarily focused on supply chain management, including:

• Supply chain performance assessment
• Supply chain strategy and network design
• Demand and supply chain planning processes and systems
• Logistics operations improvement
• Strategic sourcing and procurement  

Mr. Kilpatrick has a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Waterloo and a MBA from the University of Toronto.   He is a Professional Engineer and 6-Sigma Master Black Belt.
