   Standards evolve. A transportation service intermediary should not be found liable for the damages resulting from an alleged error or omission if he or she has taken reasonable means and exercised due diligence in the performance of his or her duties. Have you done enough to escape liability?

2.  International Multimodal Transportation Issues
   
   

   A real “who done it”, will keep you at the edge of your seat throughout the session, a must read! Who is who, what was done and by whom? What law applies? What document governs? Intermediaries lurk in the background, are they friends or foes, agents for the shipper or the carrier? So many questions but only one answer!
