Return to list of available FAQ topics. Q: How many courses do I need to take? A: To complete the CITT Program of Study, you must complete 10 courses. In some cases, candidates can be exempted from certain Level Two courses, and/or may be eligible for the Executive Track option. Q: Can I take CITT courses over the internet? A: Yes. All CITT courses are available online. Please browse through our courses to see what internet options are available at this time. Q: Are there colleges or universities that offer CITT courses? A: Yes. Our Academic Partners offer courses in a traditional classroom setting. Q: What is the "Executive Track" option? A: The "Executive Track" option applies to individuals who have 10 years of senior management experience in transportation, distribution and logistics. Candidates are required to complete accelerated versions of Transportation Systems and Logistics Processes, and can then proceed directly to Advanced Logistics. More information can be found here. Q: Can I take CITT courses in a classroom setting? A: Yes. Please visit our Academic Partners to see the educational institutions across Canada offering our courses. Q: Are exemptions granted for any CITT courses? A: Yes, depending on the course and the educational background or work experience of the candidate. Please see Exemptions and Executive Track option for more information. Q: How long does the Exemption process take? A: Typically, exemptions take two to four weeks to process. Q: Are there any admission requirements? A: At minimum, candidates must have Grade 12 or equivalent work experience for enrolment in the Logistics Fundamentals courses. Q: Do any of the courses have prerequisites? A: Yes. Logistics Fundamentals courses must be completed prior to beginning Advanced Logistics courses. In addition, certain Advanced Logistics courses have other suggested prerequisites. Please check the specific course information for details. Q: Can students be invoiced for tuition?
