Every day, we’re evaluated by how effectively we speak -- especially in challenging circumstances. In this webinar, ‘Speaking Like A Leader – Whatever The Situation’, communication skills expert Jim Gray reveals how to deliver your messages with clarity and impact in good times and bad. A highly-reviewed speaker at CITT's Canada Logistics Conference 2016, Gray covers a number of scenarios that logistics and other professionals frequently encounter, and reveals in detail how to prepare for them – and how to handle them – for the best possible outcome.

A difficult communication situation represents an opportunity to speak like a leader. Gray will demonstrate how.

After this webinar, you’ll have a better understanding of:

  • How to deliver tight, compelling presentations – even with little time to prepare
  • How to structure your messages for tough conversations
  • How to build on common ground and move forward

Who Should Attend?

  • Supply chain executives and managers
  • Replenishment and purchasing professionals
  • Logistics and transportation professionals
  • Finance and accounting professionals
