Justin Bailie is the Co-Founder, Chief Strategy Officer and active board member at Toronto-based TMS provider Rose Rocket. Bailie and his rapidly growing 100+ person team build modern enterprise-grade software that helps trucking and 3PL companies improve communications with systems, customers, and the people who move freight.

Bailie is recognized as a subject matter expert in the logistics industry, having contributed to over 30 national and international publications, including INC magazine, Freightwaves, and The Globe and Mail. 

Bailie has spent most of his career managing and executing complex transportation services and software deals, closing over $50 million in contract value over the past 10 years. Bailie spends his time supporting strategy and future learning projects at Rose Rocket and pro bono sales and strategy consulting with transportation companies.

Bailie is a published author, advisor, angel investor, and father of four.

Mr. Bogie oversees Flight Operations, Flight Safety, Canada & International Regulatory Relations, the Company’s Operations Control Centre, and IT.  Mr. Bogie is a seasoned executive with decades of experience in the aviation industry, most recently with Air Canada and Air Canada Jazz.  He has experience in systems operations control, customer service, business strategy & innovation and operations information systems.  He has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Economics from Kwantlen Polytechnic University and M.B.A. level studies with the Edinburgh School of Business. He has his Six Sigma Green Belt and Private Pilot License Ground School.
 
 
Shannon Hamilton

Shannon is the Vice President, Sales at DLT Labs where she works with North American Supply Chain leaders and Transportation/Logistics companies to educate organizations about the transformative benefits of technologies such as blockchain.   She has firsthand experience of how more than 52% of Canada’s Transportation companies are using blockchain to speed payments, eliminate administration and improve partner relationships. Shannon is also passionate about advancing women in transportation, technology, and sales.

Erik is the co-founder and president of the Canadian Blockchain Supply Chain Association. Through their core services of Advocacy, Collaboration and Education, they bring together like-minded professionals who want to explore Blockchain in their supply chain. The member-driven association's goal is to accelerate the adoption of Distributed Ledger Technology through dialogue, to help shape policy with governmental agencies for improved services, and to help the community's voice to be heard.

With a 30-year career in logistics, he’s passionate about bridging the gap between technology and business needs and is a firm believer that Blockchain has the potential to bring global supply chain management to the next level by reducing waste. Erik is based in Montreal, Canada.
