She is focused on the customer journey and developing services to delight consumers. She is recognized for her expertise in the eCommerce ecosystem, including platforms, web services, and what online shoppers want in their end-to-end experience.
Over her career, she has worked with hundreds of eCommerce merchants and platforms to integrate technology into their websites, enhance customers’ shopping experiences, reduce customer service calls, and increase revenue. In doing so, she has leveraged Canada Post’s unique insights and extensive research into the evolving e-commerce market, and consumer behaviours.
Valerie holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Ottawa, and a Masters in Project Management from George Washington University. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
