Canada's Logistics Conference is CITT's annual thought leadership and networking event. It bring together the logistics community for three days of learning and celebration of professional excellence in logistics. Unlike a trade show Canada's Logistics Conference focuses on learning and being a welcoming meeting place for logistics leaders and the community. The conference is typically attended by nearly 300 professionals, with many more joining online.

The learning program is specifically curated to have content useful and relevant to everyone in the supply chain, and networking events bring together professionals from a range of roles and seniorities from across Canada. Attendees include professionals working in:

What is the dress code for this year's event?

Business casual dress is appropriate for all functions at Canada’s Logistics Conference. This typically includes slacks or khakis, dress shirt or blouse, open-collar or polo shirt, optional tie or seasonal sport coat, a dress or skirt, a tailored blazer, knit shirt or sweater, and loafers or dress shoes that cover all or most of the foot. Remember meetings rooms can get chilly, so we always recommend easy layers for your comfort.

How can I make the case for my employer to pay for my registration?

What if I need to cancel?

Notice of cancellation must be received in writing by email to Tracy Persoglio at tpersoglio@citt.ca by May 16, 2024.  

A refund of the full price paid less $150 plus 15% GST will be made. No refunds will be granted after May 16, 2024. Substitutions are permitted, member, affiliate and non-member price difference will still apply. Please notify CITT as soon as possible if you plan to make a substitution. CITT reserves the right to modify speakers and/or location, program content and program dates commensurate with unanticipated needs. CITT assumes no liability for such alterations.

Please note: Attendees are responsible for their travel arrangements. If flying, we recommend considering purchasing refundable airfare. CITT assumes no liability for costs incurred due to cancellation of travel or accommodations. CITT reserves the right to modify speakers and/or location, program content and dates commensurate with unanticipated needs. CITT assumes no liability for such alterations.

Does my registration include travel and accommodation? 

No, your registration does not include travel and accommodations. The full conference package includes two days of learning sessions; breakfasts, lunches & two daily networking breaks. Admission to the Opening Reception on June 5 and the Awards Dinner on June 7. Guest tickets are available for the evening events.

Does CITT assist with visas or other documents required to enter Canada?

No, we do not provide any supporting documents. Attendees are required to arrange their own visa paperwork in order to travel to Canada.


What is the structure of the conference?

The first day of the conference, June 5, kicks off in the evening with the Welcome Reception.

June 6 and 7 are both full days of learning, beginning around 8:00 AM until about 4:00 PM - though the final schedule is still being determined. The night of June 7 concludes the event with the Awards Dinner, which runs until about 10:00 PM.

Are there tracks in the learning program?

Canada's Logistics Conference has one program track for all attendees.

Can I attend single days or parts of the conference?

Yes. Day passes are available, as well as individual tickets to the Welcome Reception and Awards Dinner. Those events are included in a full conference registration.

Is the event being webcast?

Yes, Canada’s Logistics Conference has been fully hybrid for over a decade. Virtual registration is also available for those unable to attend in person. All sessions are recorded and recordings are available to registered attendees for up to one year after the conference ends.
