Cristina joined Shell Canada in 2008 and brings over 16 years of commercial business experience spanning Aviation, Lubricants, and now Commercial Fuels, across diverse industrial sectors and geographies. Known for her energetic leadership style and commitment to sales excellence, Cristina fosters strong internal and external relationships that inspire shared vision and deliver win-win outcomes. She holds a degree in International Business from the University of Alberta and has dedicated most of her career to business development and commercial growth.

Jason Coady is a Senior Logistics and Operations leader at Shell Canada with over 25 years of experience across Canada’s energy sector. As Road Transport & Joint Ventures Manager at Shell Canada, he leads a national fuels distribution network delivering ~5 billion litres annually to over 900 retail, aviation, and commercial sites. Jason oversees an $85M operating budget, drives safety and compliance performance across large-scale transport operations, and manages key commercial trucking contracts to optimize cost, reliability, and efficiency. Jason also represents Shell as a shareholder in major pipeline joint ventures, offering a broad perspective on integrated energy logistics.

Throughout his career, Jason has combined deep operational expertise with a strong focus on people—bringing clear communication and a collaborative, win-win approach to consistently deliver results and drive performance..
