 Julien Baudry serves as Chief of Staff and Vice President, Communications and External Affairs at the Montreal Port Authority (MPA). Appointed in 2025, he ensures strategic consistency in communications, deepens the Port of Montreal's community roots, and spearheads relations with institutional, government and community partners at the local, national and international levels.

Known for his unifying leadership, professional ethics and strong commitment to the Port's public mission, Mr. Baudry has held such strategic positions in the organization as Director, Public Affairs and Chief of Staff. He has contributed to several key initiatives, including the development of intergovernmental partnerships, support for major projects such as Contrecœur, and advancing the Port's contribution to issues of public interest.
An experienced administrator, he began his management career early on and has been leading multidisciplinary teams for over 15 years in both the public and private sectors, notably with the City of Montreal, the Government of Quebec and Canada's largest public relations consulting firm.

Mr. Baudry holds an Executive MBA from ESG UQAM, an EMBA from Université Paris-Dauphine and a master’s in public administration from ENAP, Quebec’s school of public administration. He is a member of the Ordre des administrateurs agréés du Québec and holds APR accreditation. A lecturer at the University of Montreal and an international visiting professor, he is actively involved in his community. He is Presiding Officer of the Canadian Public Relations Society's Major Awards & Awards of Excellence Committee and a director on the boards of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce and Théâtre Denise-Pelletier.

Ken Carey joined the St. Lawrence Seaway Management Corporation as Manager of Business Development in November of 2017 where he supported the Highway H2O Community to develop logistics and transportation solutions leveraging the Seaway system. Ken is now the Sr. Manager Real Estate Business Development. In this role Ken is responsible for the sales and service delivery teams that manage the hundred of clients on over 20,000 acres within the Seaway's Real Property portfolio. Prior to the Seaway, Ken was with CP Rail for 14 years in increasingly senior sales positions and has handled a variety of commodities and customers in both inter-modal and carload and his final role at CP was the National Account Manager, Retail, where Ken handled the largest portfolio within the intermodal team at CP.

Ken also spent 5 years with the CPLS group (Canadian Pacific Logistic Solutions).  Ken was the commercial lead for the Ontario team and managed a team of solution design specialists tasked with growing this specialised non-asset division within CP.  Under Ken's leadership, the team secured several long-term contracts, including the 3rd largest beverage distributor globally, and one of Canada's fastest growing retailers. These two accounts have generated over $150M in gross billings for CPLS (and counting). Ken’s most recent position was Director, Business Development at Wheels International.  Wheels, part of the Radiant Group, is a large third-party logistics firm specialising in truck, rail, warehouse, and freight forwarding.  During Ken’s time at Wheels, he managed the largest portfolio within the company. Ken is a graduate from McMaster University and holds professional designations in sales and is a proud holder of a CCLP designation. Ken lives in Hamilton, is married, and the father of 2 expensive university students.

Pina Melchionna

Pina Melchionna is currently the President and CEO of CITT – Canada’s Logistics Association – an organization dedicated to the advancement of the logistics profession in Canada through networking, learning and training, thought leadership and beyond. Prior to her role at CITT, Pina worked for several national banks and financial institutions, after starting her career as a lawyer. Pina has a Bachelor of Arts degree from York University, a Juris Doctorate Law Degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and a specialized Master of Business Administration in Financial Services from Dalhousie University. She completed the ICD-Rotman Directors Education Program and earned the ICD.D designation in 2015 and the Competent Board Global ESG (CBG.D.) and Climate Designations in 2022. Pina is a member in good standing of the Ontario Bar Association. She has served on the board of SGI Canada and currently sits on the board of the Royal Canadian Mint and the Raymond James Trust Company.
