Kevin Dole is Senior Sustainability Advisor at Green Impact, where he leads sustainability consulting engagements for large, global transportation and logistics organizations. He has supported complex enterprise level software implementations at scale, helping translate sustainability strategy into actionable, measurable results. He brings a practical understanding of operations and supply chains, with prior experience working in distribution hubs and serving as a buyer in multiple settings. Kevin is a former Peace Corps volunteer and currently serves on the board of Sustainable Pittsburgh, combining global perspective with local leadership to drive real-world impact.

Katie Bishop is the ESG Program Manager at PECO Pallet, where she leads sustainability strategy across operations and supply chain networks. Since joining in 2024, she has driven sustainability reporting, advanced greenhouse gas reduction targets, and implemented data-driven initiatives that embed ESG principles into business operations. She leads PECO’s 2050 net-zero commitment and oversees its implementation roadmap. Prior to PECO, Katie served as Director of Corporate ESG at Forward Air, overseeing enterprise-wide ESG strategy, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. A graduate of Auburn University and based in San Diego, California, she is committed to advancing measurable climate action and promoting sustainable practices across the supply chain.

Lauren Foulkes is the Senior Director of Sustainability and Business Development at 4Refuel, where she leads initiatives to help customers achieve their sustainability goals and drives scalable growth through execution of the company’s energy transition strategy. With deep technical expertise in decarbonization pathways, alternative and renewable fuels, and carbon markets, Lauren plays a pivotal role in shaping 4Refuel’s approach to low-carbon energy solutions. Prior to joining 4Refuel in early 2022, Lauren spent over a decade at Finning International, the world’s largest Caterpillar dealer, where she led global governance and standardization of the environment, health, and safety (EHS) program. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of British Columbia and has specialized training in alternative fuels, lifecycle assessment, and emissions quantification.
