Sheryl Meens is a seasoned professional with 20 years of hands-on experience in supply chain and logistics, holding roles from dispatching to managing accounts and transportation for major North American companies. Since 2021, she has channeled this expertise into recruiting, helping supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing leaders’ close talent gaps. As the Founder and Principal Recruiter of Beyond The Resume, Sheryl provides tailored recruiting services for permanent and contract positions and specializes in crafting impactful resumes. Sheryl proudly holds her CCLP designation, a diploma in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College, and regularly speaks to post graduate, MBA and MSCM students on job search strategies in the supply chain industry.  Beyond her professional commitments, she is an active volunteer, currently serving on the CITT Toronto Area Council as the Vice Chair.
