Manitoba Area Council 2026 Elections Elections will be held on November 17th, 2026, virtually via Zoom Meeting. Please try to join at 6:30 pm CST; we will be starting the elections at 6:45 pm CST sharp.
You will have an opportunity to vote for your 2026 Executive Team. Voting will take place during the meeting. Only those in attendance may vote; there will be no proxy or electronic voting options this year.
Those wishing to run for election must apply by Friday, October 23 to be validated as a CITT member in good standing. Please send your application with the subject line "CITT ELECTION" to Darren Christle at icechristle@yahoo.ca, who will act as the elections officer. (All rulings, decisions for confirmed candidates, decisions for voter eligibility and ballot counting will be made by the elections officer.

This meeting is open to all CITT members, including students. Per the bylaws, only full members of CITT (CCLP/CCLMPs) will be allowed to vote. We need all attendees to register ahead of time for the session, so if you are planning to join, please register for the event ASAP.
Registration closes on November 13th. Please note that all registered attendees will receive the agenda and candidate bios on November 16th.
