Toronto Area Council AGM & Elections

Our General Meetings are open to all CITT members, including students, and we will be providing complimentary refreshments – sandwiches and beverages.
This is a great opportunity to network with peers and discuss relevant logistics issues. There will be an opportunity for “Shop Talk,” so please come prepared with some logistics challenges or relevant news from the world of supply chain & logistics. We welcome participation from all CITT members and students.
On October 9th all candidates will be announced, and you will have an opportunity to vote for your 2024-25 Executive Team. Voting will take place during the meeting. Only those in attendance may vote, there will be no proxy or electronic voting options this year.
The TAC executive will be present at the general meeting and will answer your questions at the end of the session. Per by-laws, only certified members of CITT (CCLPs) will be allowed to vote. We need all attendees to register ahead of time for the session, so if you are planning to join in, please register for the event ASAP.
Those wishing to run for election must apply by October 1st in order to be validated as a CITT member in good standing. Please send your application with the subject line "CITT ELECTION" to Tom Pauls at tpauls@sclsearch.com who will act as the elections officer. All rulings, decisions for confirmed candidates, decisions for voter eligibility and ballot counting will be made by the elections officer.
Please note that all registered attendees will receive the agenda and candidate bios instructions the day before the general meeting, on October 8th. Please try to join us at 6:00 pm; we will be starting the session at 6:15 PM sharp.
