Toronto Area Council Holiday Helpers Event 2026
Date: Wednesday, December 9, 2026
Time: 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM ET
Location: Santa's Mississauga Warehouse, 189 Rathburn Rd W, Mississauga, ON
Our team will assist with wrapping and packing gifts for some of the 1,400 families receiving a poverty relief package from Holiday Helpers in 2026!
If gift wrapping is not your forte, you will also have the opportunity to assist with receiving and moving gift packages around the warehouse, sorting Toy Drive and Gift Drive items and delivering gifts to a family's home in your own car, just like real-life Santa Claus!
- Please note that Corporate Volunteer days are meant for families with young adults 16+ only.
- Please arrive 10 - 15 minutes before your scheduled shift time.
- All participants must complete a digital liability waiver upon arrival.
- Please dress comfortably and wear closed-toed shoes.
- Santa's warehouse is on a tight schedule to receive, sort, wrap and deliver over 15,000 boxes of gifts and Christmas trees!
We ask all elves to come prepared for a busy day of hard work! Coffee, water and light snacks will be provided!
