With the constant flow of tariff announcements from south of the border, business relationships can change rapidly and disputes arise suddenly. Years in the court simply won’t do. In the transportation and logistics industries, cash flow and other real time challenges don’t wait.
Commercial arbitration is the answer.
This presentation will emphasize the opportunity to achieve speedier legal determination of disputes. The right arbitration clause or agreement can allow parties to tailor procedure and process to one that reflects the needs of their business. CP LLP’s experienced commercial litigators will provide a primer on arbitration and how it can work for your business.
