Christina Cardenas

Christina Cardenas was recently promoted to Commercial Lines Manager at Nacora Insurance Brokers Ltd., bringing over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Christina works closely with Kuehne + Nagel Ltd. and other freight forwarding and logistics clients, providing specialized insurance solutions that meet the unique needs of the logistics and supply chain industry. She offers support for CBSA Assessment and Revenue Management (CARM) bond requirements to ensure clients stay compliant with Canadian customs regulations. Christina also develops customized coverage plans that address the complexities of international shipping, cargo insurance, and risk management for logistics businesses. Her expertise in account management, renewal strategies, and streamlining procedures has improved efficiency and service quality within the commercial lines department. Her dedication and industry knowledge have made her an essential contributor to the success of the department.
Grace Di Marca, CCS, CTCS, CCLP

Grace boasts a 30+year career in the logistics industry. Entering the field while studying at the University of Toronto, she’s held various positions in Customs Brokerage with the latter half of her career focused on customs compliance. Grace completed the CITT program of study in 2010, earning the CCLP Designation. She was recognized for academic excellence with the Thomas J. McTague Memorial Award for highest standing in Integrated Logistics. In addition to CCLP, Grace holds the following professional customs designations: CCS and CTCS. She also holds professional status with the CBSA Commercial Registrations Unit for having passed the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) Customs Brokers Professional Examination in 2014.
Grace is also involved with the CITT Toronto Area Council (TAC). Appointed as a Member-at-Large in 2015, Grace contributed to numerous TAC events before being elected to the role of Treasurer in 2016. She has continued her active involvement with TAC as a Member-at-Large since 2017. Holding various positions at Kuehne + Nagel since 2001, Grace is currently the National Manager of CARM & Customs Consulting at Kuehne + Nagel Ltd. and is working to help clients be ready and prepared for CARM Release 3 full implementation.
Olga Iankine
Manager, Surety
Intact Insurance
Olga Iankine is a Surety Manager with Intact Insurance Company, based out of the Toronto branch. She has 15+ years of surety underwriting experience and expertise in Canadian and U.S. Customs surety bonding. Prior to joining Intact Insurance, Olga worked for the Guarantee Company of North America and two major Canadian banks. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, as well as the Canadian Risk Manager (CRM) designation and an Associate designation in Canadian Surety Bonding.
For the past three years, Olga has represented Intact and the surety industry in the CBSA CARM project. She also serves on the Ontario Commercial Surety Committee with the Surety Association of Canada (SAC).
