CITT has announced that 8am Solutions is its newest Featured Tech Startup. These organizations are relatively new organizations which offer innovative products or services that improve supply chain logistics operations.
8am Solutions, a Canadian-based business, provides scalable and sustainable end-to-end vendor management software, leveraging machine learning to improve risk management, reduce cost-of-ownership and more.
“Modern supply chain operations rely on an increasing number of vendor relationships” says Pina Melchionna, President & CEO of CITT. “Streamlining vendor management is something many practitioners urgently need to address – whether they know it or not.” She continues “8am Solutions offers both hiring clients and their vendor partners a platform specialized for supply chain logistics, addressing common pain points at affordable rates. We’ve been impressed with their innovation and sensitivity to the needs of our industry. Canada’s Logistics Association looks forward to working more closely with 8am and introducing our membership to their offering.”
"8am Solutions is pleased to join CITT as a Featured Tech Startup, strengthening our commitment to advancing professionalism and operational excellence within Canada’s logistics sector” says Charles Guedo, CEO of 8am Solutions.
“As a technology company focused on vendor risk management, we recognize the increasing complexity faced by logistics organizations—from regulatory due diligence obligations under the Westray Bill and Section 217 of the Criminal Code, to the ongoing need for transparency, reliability, and accountability across vendor networks.”
“Our platform equips organizations with practical tools to improve vendor prequalification, reduce operational risk, and ensure compliance. Partnering with the CITT aligns with our belief that a resilient supply chain depends on strong governance and a collaborative professional community. We look forward to supporting the CITT’s mandate and contributing meaningful value to its members and the broader logistics ecosystem."
