CITT Announces Brock University as a Centre of Excellence in Logistics Learning
CITT – Canada’s Logistics Association – has announced that Brock University has been recognized as its newest Centre of Excellence in Logistics Learning.
Beginning Fall 2025, Brock University Continuing and Professional Studies will begin delivering five "micro-credentials" as part of its new Professional Certificate in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
These courses include:
• Transportation Systems
• Logistics Processes
• Economic Influences on Logistics
• Transportation law
• Integrated Logistics
The certificate program includes all five of CITT’s specialized logistics courses, which make up the academic requirements for CITT’s respected CCLP designation. This means that, via Brock University, individuals can complete all the coursework needed to become certified by CITT – and build the industry-vetted competencies needed to succeed as a professional in today’s Canadian logistics environment.
“CITT is thrilled to partner with Brock University and to be able to recognize them as a Centre of Excellence in Logistics Learning,” says Pina Melchionna, President & CEO of CITT. “Brock Professional and Continuing Studies has a demonstrated commitment to offerings that set learners up for success and career growth,” she continues. “By offering the full suite of CITT logistics courses, Brock can provide professional learners with a robust and highly relevant program that teaches the abilities they need to deliver value in their organizations. We can’t wait to begin welcoming Brock’s learners into Canada’s Logistics Association.”
“This partnership reflects our commitment to providing high-quality, industry-recognized professional learning opportunities,” said Barb Mercer, Associate Director of Programming for Brock Professional and Continuing Studies. “We’re proud to work with CITT to support learners in advancing their careers in the growing field of supply chain management and logistics.”
