With more than 18 years of global experience, he has helped over 100 organizations across North America, Europe, and Africa strengthen operational security, manage third-party risk, and protect digital supply chains. Rajiv works at the intersection of cybersecurity and business strategy—advising global organizations, financial institutions, and enterprise operations where operational continuity is mission-critical. His expertise spans cybersecurity governance, incident response readiness, supply chain risk management, and enterprise-wide security transformation aligned to frameworks such as NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, and CIS Critical Security Controls.

30 years experience in the logistics industry, Laurie Stapley is a seasoned
professional known for her extensive expertise and commitment to advancing the
field. A dedicated member of the
Canadian Institute of Traffic for 24 years, Laurie has made significant
contributions to the logistics community. Throughout
her career, Laurie has worked with some of the most prominent organizations,
including Canada’s largest customs broker, Nike, Fisher Scientific, Emerson and
Johnson & Johnson Medical Products.
She currently works as Manager of Transportation Technology at
Kenvue. Her diverse experience spans
various aspects of North America and global logistics, including transportation
operations, trade compliance, freight pay, procurement, risk management, and
transportation security.
In
addition to her corporate roles, Laurie has served as a college instructor at
Durham college, where she taught the Customs Enforcement and Immigration
course, sharing her knowledge and experience with the next generation of
professionals in the field. Laurie
has also been actively involved in various industry associations, holding
executive positions and contributing to the growth and development of the
logistics sector. Notably, she served as
the Chair of the Toronto Area Council and has participated in numerous
committees within CITT over the years.
