With over 20 years experience in the alcohol beverage industry, and a focus on Canadian Wine, Lisa is an inspiring, people-first sales leader. She speaks five languages and developed her passion for wine while working and studying in Germany, Spain and France, securing an International M.B.A. and her sommelier designation. Lisa has worked in a sales leadership role for some of Canada’s largest wine producers including Arterra, Andrew Peller and now at Family Wine Merchants / Henry of Pelham as their Director of Strategic Accounts. She is a member of the Board with We Care Canada – a charity helping kids with disabilities. She resides in Port Dover, where you may see her paddling her SUP, kayaking and walking her dog, Bella, with her husband David.

A multifaceted and well-rounded entrepreneur, Sarabeth Holden loves to cook, write, and be active – whether in sports or community action. Sarabeth approaches all projects with a sense of humour, and possibility. Her playful outlook and vast experience has made for an eclectic career that continues to develop and grow with integrity. In December 2020 Sarabeth and her husband Sean opened Red Tape Brewery in Toronto, a bespoke brewery that creates small-batch, custom beer for life’s milestones. Red Tape not only creates custom brews, personalised to the last detail, but has a retail storefront and taproom with their featured beers. Sarabeth is co-founder of the Toronto Inuit Association, supporting the local Inuit community as it grows. She is a thrice-published children’s book author with Inhabit Media with a fourth book on the way. Sarabeth lives in Toronto with Sean, their two young sons, and their dog Silly Goose.
Bret Mason

Sleeman Breweries
Throughout his over 30-year career at Sleeman Breweries, Bret has had the opportunity to work within all operational aspects of beer production, planning and transportation and benefited from the opportunity to grow into more progressive leadership roles as Sleeman grew into a national brewer, now the third largest brewer in Canada. In his first year as the Vice President of Logistics, Bret is responsible for Sleeman Supply Chain including Procurement, Warehousing and Distribution. Bret holds a Bachelor of Science degree as well as Diploma Master Brewer certification, providing him with a unique perspective on the logistics of Canada’s alcohol industry, complementing his logistics experience.

Nick Nanos, CCLP
Chief Supply Chain Officer
LCBO
As the Chief Supply Chain Officer, Nick Nanos oversees LCBO’s innovative
supply chain operations and B2B operations, including inventory
planning, transportation, logistics, distribution, quality assurance
and wholesale. In this role, he and his team are
responsible for moving 110 million cases of beverage alcohol products
from more than 80 countries annually to retail and wholesale customers
across Ontario. Nick has held progressive leadership positions
throughout his three decades at the LCBO, spanning retail, distribution,
finance, wholesale, internal audit, and supply chain. His leadership
and logistics expertise has been critical to the modernization of LCBO’s
supply chain and success of priority programs such as eCommerce and the
creation of the LCBO’s wholesale operations.
In addition to a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Studies and a
post-graduate certificate in Executive Leadership from Queens
University, Nick holds the CITT-Certified Logistics Professional (CCLP)
designation – widely considered the gold standard of professional
expertise in supply chain logistics. He also holds the Certified Supply
Chain Management Professional (CSCMP) designation from Supply Chain
Canada, a Certificate in Logistics Management from the Schulich School
of Business, and the designation of Certified Fraud Examiner from the
Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
Nick has been recognized for his academic and career accomplishments,
Nick was honoured with the Drinks Ontario Industry Partnership Award in
2015, and received the J. Stuart Robertson Memorial Award, presented by
the Canadian Transportation Education Foundation during his graduating
year at CITT. Active in the community, Nick sits on the National Board
of Directors with CITT, Trafalgar Senior Homes Ltd. & Oakville
Community Homes Inc. He was also part of an expert panel advising
Ministry of Government Services and Supply Ontario and a member of
program advisory committees at Conestoga College and George Brown
College.
