Paul Giamberardino is the Chief Supply Chain Officer at Staples Canada, where he leads a team responsible for the end-to-end supply chain, supporting sales across 300 retail stores and both B2B and B2C e-commerce channels. The Staples supply chain reaches 92% of Canadians with next-day delivery, supported by a network of fulfillment centres and coast-to-coast last-mile delivery.

Paul joined Staples in 2022, bringing over 20 years of experience in the consumer goods, medical devices, pharmaceutical, and telecommunications industries. He has held leadership roles in supply chain and sales at Procter & Gamble and led Johnson & Johnson’s multi-sector B2B supply chain in Canada. At Rogers Communications, Paul served as VP of Supply Chain, overseeing distribution, transportation, and operations for the store network, direct-to-consumer wireless/connected home, and network operations.

Paul holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and Management (E&M) from McMaster University. He is a member of the Industrial Advisory Council for the McMaster E&M program, serves on the Supply Chain Program Advisory Council for the Chang School at TMU, and is a Board Member of the North York Aquatic Club. Paul is known for his strategic thinking, engaging leadership style and his ability to lead transformational change.  He lives in Toronto with his wife and three daughters.

He is currently the Vice President of Manufacturing and Supply Chain for Canada at Estée Lauder, a global leader in prestige beauty products.

His core competencies include global planning and logistics, S&OP, demand planning, order to cash, service management, supply chain strategy and design, sourcing analysis, inventory strategy, manufacturing operations, plant start-up, and cost management. He is also passionate about developing people and building high performance work systems and is a qualified corporate trainer for coaching skills. Rakesh’s mission is to deliver excellence, innovation, and value to his customers, partners, and stakeholders through effective and efficient supply chain solutions

In his capacity of SVP Global Supply Chain at Spin Master, Steve's responsibilities cover global end to end supply chain activity, ranging from demand/supply planning, sourcing & product quality/compliance, order management, logistics, warehousing & trade compliance, through to consumer care and retail merchandising operations. Working in the supply chain field over 30 years, Steve has operated across contract manufacturing, infrastructure & engineering project installation, capital equipment manufacturing, and CPG industries. Steve holds an BEng in Industrial Engineering from Toronto Metropolitan University, and an MSc in Operations Management from the University of Waterloo.
