Accredited Program: Supply Chain Management post-graduate certificate

Graduates from the St. Lawrence College Supply Chain Management graduate certificate program who achieve the minimum grade in key courses meet all the academic requirements to earn the CITT-Certified Logistics Professional (CCLP) designation from CITT.

Summary of requirements for graduates of this program to earn the CCLP designation:

  1. Achieve minimum grade of 65% in each of the 6 courses listed below, to receive credit equivalency for 2 the 5 specialized logistics courses required to earn the CCLP designation (Logistics Decision Modelling  & Transportation Law):
    • COMP5001 – Data Analysis for Supply Chain Management
    • MGMT5003 – Inventory and Warehouse Management
    • MGMT5004 – Transportation Systems
    • MGMT5010 – International Logistics, Customs & Regulations
    • MGMT5016 – Data and Financial Management in Supply Chains
    • MGMT5018 – Culminating Project in Supply Chain

  2. Achieve minimum grade of 60% in each of the 9 courses listed below, to receive credit equivalency for 3 the 5 specialized logistics courses required to earn the CCLP designation (Transportation Systems, Logistics Processes & Integrated Logistics):
    • INBU9 – Introduction to International Business
    • MGMT5003 – Inventory and Warehouse Management
    • MGMT5004 – Transportation Systems
    • MGMT5005 – Supply Chain Risk Management
    • MGMT5009 – Strategic Sourcing
    • MGMT5010 – International Logistics, Customs & Regulations
    • MGMT5016 – Data and Financial Management in Supply Chains
    • MGMT5017 – Sustainability
    • MGMT5018 – Culminating Project in Supply Chain

  3. Meet all the requirements to graduate from the Supply Chain Management Program. In addition to the logistics courses noted above, this program has been granted equivalency for the 5 general business courses required to earn the CCLP designation.

  4. Complete the CCLP Designation application and certification process, including:
    • Provide a copy of the final transcript confirming that conditions 1-3 have been met
    • Provide evidence of a minimum of 3 years of work experience (in Canada or internationally) in a supply chain and logistics function*
    • Sign the CITT Code of Professional Ethics
    • Agree to adhere to the CITT Constitution and By-laws
    • Agree to participate in a certification maintenance (continuing education) program
    • Pay annual professional fee ($425+tax annually; pro-rated for the first year)

*Graduates of the program fewer than 3 years of work experience in a supply chain and logistics function can apply for CCLP Candidate status to access preferred membership benefits until such time as they have worked in a relevant role for three years and can apply for their CCLP Designation.
