Canada's Logistics Conference 2022 - FAQs
In the event government restrictions force us to cancel an in-person event, the virtual component will go ahead as scheduled on the event platform, PheedLoop. Registrants’ tickets will be converted to virtual tickets and you will be provided with a refund of the difference. Should you choose not to attend virtually, CITT will provide a full refund.
Notice of cancellation must be received in writing by email to Tracy Persoglio at tpersoglio@citt.ca. A refund of the full price paid less $150 plus tax will be made. Substitutions are permitted, member, affiliate and non-member price difference will still apply. Please notify CITT as soon as possible if such an event occurs. Attendees will also have the option to converting to a virtual ticket and receiving a refund for the difference.
Cancellations for non-COVID-related reasons must be received by May 18, 2022.
We can offer a substitution from a live registration to a virtual registration ticket and refund the difference if you feel you might present a risk to other attendees and staff.

We are closely monitoring new restrictions and mandates from Public Health Canada. We will be adhering to current federal and provincial recommendations. This will include face masks, social distancing and vaccine passport checks upon check-in and when entering dining areas.
Yes. In accordance with federal and Quebec provincial mandates, valid proof of COVID-19 vaccination must be presented in order to be allowed entry to Canada’s Logistics Conference. Individuals without valid proof of vaccination will be denied entry to the conference, exhibit and dining spaces. No refunds will be issued to individuals without valid proof of vaccination.
As of this time, no. However, we are keeping up with federal and Quebec provincial mandates regarding vaccination required to attend large indoor events. If these mandates are changed, this will be reflected on this page and we will email all registered attendees.
Canada’s Logistics Conference has a preferred block rate with limited rooms available. This rate is only available directly through Le Centre Sheraton Montreal and will be available until May 18, 2022.

No, your registration does not include travel and accommodations. The full conference package includes two days of learning sessions; breakfasts, lunches & two daily networking breaks. Admission to the Opening Reception on Wednesday, June 8 and the Awards Dinner on Friday, June 10. Guest tickets are available for the evening events (click to see options).
No, we do not provide any supporting documents. Attendees are required to arrange their own visa paperwork in order to travel to Canada.
